How fast are orders processed?

We believe that less production beats mass production. For this reason, most of our clothes are made only after an order is placed. This method results in less waste, more creativity, and a better world. The order process takes 5-10 business days. Shipments occur Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How quickly will my domestic order arrive?

All domestic orders within 3-7 business days. You can upgrade to Two Days or Overnight Shipping if you need it faster. In case of a return, the expedited shipping methods are non-refundable.


Can I change my delivery address?

Once your order is placed, you’re unable to change the delivery address. We are also unable to reroute a package that has already shipped. 

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, your order's tracking number will be sent to you once the order ships. In addition, you will receive an "out for delivery" email so you know when to expect it. Please carefully track your package to ensure safe delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Do you ship globally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping! Here's some helpful information about our international order policy:

1) All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS International. A shipping rate will automatically be added to your order at checkout once a delivery country is selected. Depending on your location, it could take anywhere from 2-21 business days for an order to arrive.

2) International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying all customs and duties associated with your order. Each country has different customs and duties requirements. The duties charged and any customs delays are completely out of our control. For more information, please visit your country's customs department website.

Please note all international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns on international orders at this time.
