Return Policy

Free returns and exchanges on domestic orders! All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns on international orders at this time.

For domestic orders, Ouksy offers free returns and exchanges on any unworn and unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of package arrival date. Merchandise received past 15 days of delivery date will automatically receive a store credit.


Returns & Exchange

We have a 15-day return and exchange policy starting from the date you receive your package. Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note full inspection and processing of returns can take 2-3 weeks.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.


  • How do I return something from my domestic order?

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hello@ouksy.com with your order number plus a detailed description of what you want to return. We will get back to you with a prepaid return label within 1-5 business day(s). For exchanges, please specify the new style color/size you wish to receive.

To complete your return or exchange, please fill out the return form and place it in a box with your item(s). Stick the prepaid label on the box then drop off the box with any USPS drop-off center. Remember to keep a record of your return's tracking number in case USPS is unable to locate it. Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a notification.

 

  • What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

Email us right away at hello@ouksy.com. We might ask you to provide some photos or ask to see the product in person so we can evaluate your claim before making a decision.

Bounced Orders

If we ship your order and it bounces back to our warehouse for any reason, we will charge a $10 restocking fee and put your item(s) back in stock.
