Return PolicyFree returns and exchanges on domestic orders! All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns on international orders at this time.
For domestic orders, Blacksy offers free returns and exchanges on any unworn and unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of package arrival date. Merchandise received past 15 days of delivery date will automatically receive a store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 15-day return and exchange policy starting from the date you receive your package. Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note full inspection and processing of returns can take 2-3 weeks.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I return something from my domestic order?
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at email@example.com with your order number plus a detailed description of what you want to return. We will get back to you with a prepaid USPS return label within 1-2 business day(s). For exchanges, please specify the new style color/size you wish to receive.
To complete your return or exchange, please fill out the return form and place it in a box with your item(s). Stick the prepaid label on the box then drop off the box with any USPS drop-off center. Remember to keep a record of your return's tracking number in case USPS is unable to locate it. Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a notification.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We might ask you to provide some photos or ask to see the product in person so we can evaluate your claim before making a decision.
Bounced OrdersIf we ship your order and it bounces back to our warehouse for any reason, we will charge a $10 restocking fee and put your item(s) back in stock.
How fast are orders processed?
We believe that less production beats mass production. For this reason, most of our clothes are made only after an order is placed. This method results in less waste, more creativity, and a better world. The order process usually takes five days. Shipments occur Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
How quickly will my domestic order arrive?
All domestic orders take up to 3 business days. You can upgrade to Two Days or Overnight Shipping if you need it faster. In case of a return, the expedited shipping methods are non-refundable.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order is placed, you’re unable to change the delivery address. We are also unable to reroute a package that has already shipped.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, your order's tracking number will be sent to you once the order ships. In addition, you will receive an "out for delivery" email so you know when to expect it. Please carefully track your package to ensure safe delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Do you ship globally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping! Here's some helpful information about our international order policy:
1) All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. We charge a flat shipping rate per country, which will automatically be added to your order at checkout once a delivery country is selected. Depending on your location, it could take anywhere from 6-10 business days for an order to arrive.
2) International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying all customs and duties associated with your order. Each country has different customs and duties requirements. The duties charged and any customs delays are completely out of our control. For more information, please visit your country's customs department website.
